The QUALITY Planner Machines are of rigid box section, keyed firmly, bolted on to bed and capable of absorbing heaviest shocks without vibration. Extra pins are provided to help refit machine accurately after once it is dismantled.

  • BED : It is very rigid double column and body bore system planner fitted with gun metal bushes.
  • THE DRIVE : The machines are arranged for direct individual as well as two belt drives.
  • THE BED : The bed is of deep box section and tied together at frequent intervals space by double walled bridge pieces extended to the bottom of the bed.
  • THE TABLE : It is box section with hand scrapped ‘V’ ways to bear heavy load. It is heavily ribbed and rack provided in it is accurately machined and milling cut.
  • THE GEARS : The main bearings for the gears are cast solid into the bed and gear teeth are cut on hobbing machine. Except two gears are helical.
  • THE CROSS RAIL : This is of box section with large suitable for both hand and mechanical drive.
  • TOOL POST : These are manufactured out of cross grained casting and steel to withstand heavy cut. Can be driven both manually and mechanically.
